HOME CARE SERVICES
Our Care at Home Services Include:

Personal care - Assisting with washing and applying creams.

Medication reminders- and administration.

Meal preparation- ensuring good nutrition and a balanced diet. We can also help with food shopping.

Live in care- we are able to cover Sussex area with experienced and compassionate carers to enable you to still live independently at home

Overnight care- whether it's short term or regular, for example if you are going on holiday and would like someone to sleep at your mothers house for 'peace of mind' or companionship

Post surgery care- It can be worrying to be alone following surgery, we can stay with you and help with your post operation rehabilitation, working closely with physiotherapists.

We can visit your loved one on your behalf for example, if your loved one is in a care home and you can not attend because of poor health, we can visit and take flowers or chocolates and pass on your best wishes.

Palliative and End of life care- our specialist palliative care team can care for you in the comfort of your own home, we work in collaboration with the community health professionals.

Personal Diary and Aftercare Service

We will make a record of the assistance you have received and any duties we have carried out for you on our on line journal system. You and your loved ones if you give permission can access these notes.
We also provide an aftercare service, where we contact you or you loved ones to ensure you are happy with our service and if there are any changes to your package of care you would like to implement.
Domestic Help

We respect your home and take care with your belongings. We only enter the rooms you wish us to clean or tidy in.
We use your preferred products and follow your guidance as to how you wish things to be carried out.
We can help with all those ‘little jobs that need doing’.
We will always conduct safety checks whilst in your home and advise you when needed.

Wouldn’t it be nice to get dressed up and taken to a nice restaurant in town or to the theatre? We could do a little shopping or visit one of your friends you haven’t seen for such long time?
If you were feeling a little tired or under the weather, we could pop round and paint your nails and read to you from a good novel, letting you relax and enjoy being pampered.
You might just want to visit your place of worship and have some time for reflection, to have someone to walk with and to get some fresh air.
